**Note:** You control what metadata you send to Thunder. Please ensure you have appropriate consent for any personal information included in custom metadata fields.

We automatically generate insights from your conversation data, including:

* Topics and themes
* Customer satisfaction scores (inferred)
* Session summaries

### Technical Information

We may collect:

* Error logs and performance data
* Product usage analytics
* Session cookies for authentication

We use the information we collect to:

* Generate analytics and insights from your conversation data
