At Thunder, protecting our customers’ data is our top priority. We have implemented comprehensive measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain the highest standards of security.

Encryption

At rest: Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure within Amazon Web Services (AWS). All customer data is encrypted at rest. In transit: All data transmission occurs over secure channels using TLS encryption. No unencrypted connections are permitted.

AI Data Processing

To generate insights, we send conversation data to AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) for analysis. We have Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements with both providers, which means:
  • Your data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded
  • No conversation data is stored by OpenAI or Anthropic
  • Your data is never used to train their models
Your conversation data only persists on our infrastructure—third-party AI providers process it transiently and retain nothing.

Privacy Assurance

We take customer privacy seriously:
  • We do not train models on your data
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • Your data stays on our infrastructure
